Doula Services
Unsure of what a doula does or if you even need one?
A note on 2025 availability
I welcomed my first in May 2024, and now in 2025 am slowly coming back to birthwork. At this time, I am not taking any birth only clients (if you are looking for a similar support style, please consider my friends at The Reclaimed Village or Nisse Body and Birth.) If you are interested in birth+postpartum or just postpartum support, I have availability starting in March 2025.
The exception: if you are a repeat birth client, I would love to support you again! Please still reach out to see if we can make it work.

À la carte
-
If you do not desire any extra support during your birth, but you would like to discuss what it could look like or what to expect, I offer standalone 2-hour planning sessions. A formatted, easy-to-read birth plan customized to all your preferences will be delivered after our conversation.
-
If you’ve hired me for your birth and discover that you need more help than is included in my basic package, you may add on as many extra hours as you need. Minimum of 12 hours, must be scheduled in at least 4-hour shifts, and must be redeemed in full within 12 weeks of starting.
*A note on pricing:
Financial equity and accessibility is a core value of my business; for this reason, all of my services feature a sliding pay scale. To get a more accurate estimate please refer to my sliding scale worksheet. I operate on the honor system, so please answer the questions truthfully to determine what you are able to afford. 50% of my fee is due upon hire; for birth clients, the remainder is due at 37 weeks. For postpartum clients, the remainder is due before my first visit.
Above all, I never want cost to be a barrier for someone to receive doula care. If you feel strongly about working with me, please reach out to discuss our options.
